    The Escambia County Supervisor of Elections office will be open to the public on Presidents’ Day, Monday, February 15, and will hold extended hours on Tuesday, February 16, to allow voters to register or change parties before the book closing deadline for the Presidential Preference Primary.

Stafford reminds voters that Tuesday, February 16, 2016 is the last day to register to vote or change party affiliation for those who wish to cast a ballot in the March 15, 2016 Presidential Preference Primary Election.   • New Records Exemption for Military Personnel

    Recently, Governor Scott signed into law HB 185, which creates a public records exemption for the identification and location information of current or former active duty service members of the United States (U.S.) Armed Forces, their reserve components, or the National Guard who served after September 11, 2001. The exemption also includes their spouses and dependents. Individuals requesting this exemption for their voter registration information must submit a request form to the Supervisor of Elections.
